  29. EUP outfits for NPCs?

    Is there anyway to make custom outfits for NPCs? I'm using the NYS Trooper EUP pack, but I cannot figure out how to apply the same outfits to NPCs. The data in the EUP wardrobe file does not match the data that needs to be changed in the backup files. Thanks in advance.

    Wish there was a better guide or readme. As someone who doesn't edit backup files very often, this is very confusing.

    This pack is amazing, I love it! Only disappointment is the lack of D Troop cars and the newer 2016+ Chargers, but otherwise it is absolutely amazing.

    Pretty sweet, I've never seen the St. Lawrence county cars, but they look nice. Maybe make a Jefferson county one ;)
