LSPDFR & RAGE Plugin Hook Enhanced and Upcoming Site Upgrades
We're excited to share the latest updates on projects bringing LSPDFR and RAGE Plugin Hook to GTA 5 Enhanced Edition alongside refreshing our entire website - with new features, a new design and a more fluid experience.
LSPDFR & RAGE Plugin Hook Enhanced
With the recent release of Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced Edition @LMS has been working on porting RAGE Plugin Hook. While still in its early development stages, RPH is now successfully running on the Enhanced Edition with most of the basic features working, including running small plugins and DX12 rendering. In addition, our biggest LSPDFR update ever is currently in closed-beta testing and we hope to have more news on it soon.
Below are some screenshots of these previously console-only vehicles being spawned through RPH in the Enhanced Edition.

RPH on Apple Silicon
As part of the port to the Enhanced version and DX12 support, we have streamlined some core systems, now allowing RPH and LSPDFR to run on Apple Silicon. We're still addressing performance issues and visibility concerns before considering a potential future patch.

Website Platform Update and Invision Community 5
We're in the early stages of migrating from Invision Community 4 to 5, which will transform our entire platform.
This update combines rewrites of Invision Community core features with rewrites of our own software to provide users with a faster and cleaner experience. Community members will enjoy a fresh design and responsive theme that follows your OS dark mode decision. On top of this, substantial effort across the board has been made to fix performance issues.
Most of the changes to our new platform are behind the scenes, but the most visible improvement you'll see, apart from the general design change, is the new editor. This new editor comes with many improvements and is easy to use. It also introduces some new features, like Content Boxes, that will make structuring mod download pages a little bit better.
We hope to provide further updates over the coming weeks and months as we prepare this for release.

Marios2332 reacted to sssneaky in 0.4.8 Stable list (with links & authors)This thread will be a work in progress;
Alright it's been a year and a bit since my last thread with my build for LSPDFR and it's time to do it again! My computer is a beast now compared to before (will include specs down the bottom) so I can run everything maxed out so that's what this list will be based on, just remember add one thing at a time and test for as long as possible then add more. Add what suits you and fits your PCs capabilities. That has been my key to getting this far with near perfect stability with play times of up to 2 hours... most of the time. Be warned LSPDFR will break eventually!
Going to keep Callout packs & vehicles out this as that's completely subjective & and things change like game version, bugs & issues.
The .ini files and settings have been tweaked to my preferences which is basically maximum difficulty. Cars that are designed to be fast will get away in pursuits if you're not quick and same goes with the super sprint being tuned down to be a more of a realistic burst of energy so foot pursuits will last longer! I don't play this game to win I play for immersive roleplaying so tweak the settings how you want them if these do not suit you!
Gameplay & Meta:
With just these running and nothing else the game should work almost flawless. It's when you start adding mod packs and plugins is when LSPDFR becomes can become more unstable.

Another way to reset everything (for example: StopThePed blips and/or backup/ems blips) pause the game and go to select character, select your character and game should reset. (Doesn't work all the time)

Marios2332 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadI've been extremely busy with work and have had to travel out of town a lot for projects. I can't work on this project when I'm not home. So, things are a bit behind where I wanted them to be by this time. However, I am still making progress. I recently finished adding a bunch of new plane-related features and callouts. I am currently working on the installer, update system, and related infrastructure that will be needed for the public release. At this point we'll probably miss releasing it in 2018, but it should be released in early 2019.

Marios2332 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadThere's definitely a lot more to do than just one suspicious vessel callout ;)
-
Marios2332 reacted to Kifflommer in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadI'm hyped regardless, i feel like i was one of the few people using LCPDFR's boat patrol. The suspicious vessel gets boring after the 100th time though. Best of luck and look forward to release!.

Marios2332 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadHmm, I haven't turned off messages or anything like that, so IDK why it would say that. Anyways, anybody who has donated should check the email associated with the paypal account they donated with, I send out an email with all the info whenever I receive the donation confirmation email from PayPal. I check daily, so usually you should hear back within 24 hours.

Marios2332 reacted to Kifflommer in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadThis could be cool, however i advise you do incidents on beach as well as in the water. Have some open container calls, fights on the beach, sexual assault, sports injury, etc.

I just saw the email, now just waiting to get verified on discord. Once I'm verified is that when I'm able to receive the download for Coastal Call Outs?
~Thanks

Marios2332 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadThose types of calls were actually sort of the original intent of the callout pack. Then one thing led to another, I got carried away, and here we are. I might add some calls like that someday, but probably not before the initial public release. I don't want to hold things up with developing more calls at the moment, and those types of calls don't really fit with what the rest of the pack is like at the moment.
