No it doesn't, Hardware is different than mod. You are asking for options on a upgrades/computers. LCPDFR support is meant for issues relating to the mod, NOT your computer picking problems

2: No options, press E and your ped should duck into the truck and either reload until it is full or give you a Pistol/Shotgun.
