i got the correct help i need and fixed it

go to your gta v directory where you installed lspdfr and RPH and click on RPH, it should take you threw the settings you then want to choose load these plugins on startup and select lspdfr and save and launch hope i helped let me know if you need any more help or better explaining

the default way to arrest a ped is by holding Dpad right to stop them, and then holding it to make a arrest. in pursuit you have to aim a gun at them hold Dpad Right to stop them and go up to them and hold Dpad right

whenever i accept some callouts they get forced ended right away
