LSPDFR freezing, crashing, black screen every time

I downloaded lspdfr, then installed the ragepluginhook that was bundled with it. Every time I try to create a character, features are missing or the section of appearance blanks out entirely from a glitch, then if not that, I get a black screen when launching the game, or a black screen while in the police station,  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times now, and the same thing keeps happening.
