    After getting the ELS lights to show I cannot get them brighter, Yes my post fx is on ultra and the shader quality as well. Not only that I have upped the number on Visualsettings.dat using OpenIV and still no luck the lights are still dim as they were any suggestions. PS Also tried RadianceV to see if that would work and no that did not change it at all.

    Eup menu will not open up after I installed it, I also have it set to load up on RPH however still does not load, also tried manually loading through the F4 and still no joy.
