    In the latest beta that we're testing internally I added a block for the escape button and the game pause button to try and thwart it
     
    Also a lot of people don't know there is a rage console command called Bind which you can bind a key to a rage command. I would bind my numpad key to the command  terminate all plug-ins.. This way if a plug in does lock up I can quickly kill them all

    if its an ELS ambulance, then you need to have a VCF for the vehicle to use it. take the VCF from the ambulance and rename it to the lifeguard vehicle's name

    This mod makes police vehicles randomly patrol the city. You can edit it and add vehicles set to spawn on patrol in certain areas.

    Do you have a link to where you got the car from? If its an ELS car i might beable to whip out a VCF for it
