when I tried to download LCPDFR is said its not a valid Win32 application...why! :( what does that mean?

thats what im gonna do -- on a side note -- i somehow managed to change everything on my computer to open in notepad, and i cant open any prgrams -- do you know a fix for this?

yeah its not showing up in the game. well im reinstalling LCPDFR now cuz i messed something up, and no i didnt change the skins. on a side note -- when I just tried to start lcpdfr it says "xnetstartup failed....restart your system etc..." what should I do? reinstall GTA EFLC? I might uninstall GTA and then reinstall it. I have the time to install it again and its not working now. im reinstalling it now.

so when i installed a black and white CVPI into sparkIV it worked in LCPDFR. Then once I tried another CVPI and a charger, the first time they worked in game, but now when I put them in SparkIV they wont show up in the game. Am I doing something wrong? and when I click on "police" in sparkIV after I modded the cars, it shows pics of the new car i put in. help! do i need to edit it and add car mods in the TBoGT folder (which is the game im using)?

when I add modded cars into the game it only changed the first 2 preset cars. the CVPI and the other one. so when i try to put 3 cars it replaces one of my first ones. how do I control which cars i mod out and which i put in for a preset car? thanks

for me that turned the wheel nevermind, that also put on the signal :) next step, make the police lights brighter. ill do that tomorrow, good night

alright did that. seems to be working! next thing on my list...i got the indicator thing, but i dont know which keys to turn left and right, and i know it says the keys in the .ini thing but I don have any ".ini" thing. So can someone tell me the default keys?

should I put them into the "scripts" folder, or the "lcpdfr" folder in the "scripts" folder?
