hey man how do you get the street names under the mini map to automatically change without pressing "t"?

I have ELS, still I dont have it though and also, when i put on my siren, I only have yelp, i can get the others if I hold "g" down, how do i get the others to stay on with out holding down the key?

Is there part of the names on the map mod? Or maybe cuz i have EFLC and not IV? thanks cuz right now I have to press "t" to see the street name

I dont have SNT yet, well, last time i got it I wasnt able to change the hotkeys so lets say I did "alt+u" to put on a hat, a heli would spawn or something like that. And I didnt figure out how to change those keys
