Welp, that time of year is upon us. This is a monsters edition featuring some famous monsters and baddys and some of their more famous quotes, if applicable. Big thanks to everyone for another supportive season, this has been an insane last few months and I am still not through the woods. Hopefully by the next pack things are more back to normal. Thanks again everyone! This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues, missed credits or suggestions please share in the comments section.

Here's a bit of a change up from my normal work. This is something I had for personal use. I always found the tree cover, especially in Paleto Forest, quite minimal, so this adds over 5000+ trees to the map.
There are also some other props used on top of that, including some fun Easter eggs.  Paleto Bay has been mildly redone too, adding additional signs, trees and traffic lights that Rockstar missed out on.

Don't worry, I'll be returning to vehicles soon. This was just because a lot of people on Discord asked about it, and this is easier to share it than clogging up my MediaFire which is for *cough* very important projects.
 
As far as I'm aware, this doesn't cause massive texture loss or FPS loss on my PC, which is is Mid-Range. If you're having issues with this mod, then it's not up to me to fix it. I'd suggest searching other, better optimised forest mods.
ALSO, as far as I'm aware, there are no issues with scenario paths, such as planes (like the crop duster in Grapeseed) or any of the story missions.
 
For Autumn (Fall for you yanks) Trees, you'll need this mod:
I provide how to install for NVR and an oak tree texture fix in my Readme with this file.
 
This is the one file I don't mind being used in FiveM. Please feel free to use this in FiveM, just credit me 🙂

This was just a charger that I did real quick. Been wanting to do one for a while! You may want to play with the light codes for a cool pattern. Couldn't really find something that was cool. But, it's decent.Enjoy!

To install the models:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police2.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police2.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

Yeah, yeah. Here is ANOTHER 2011 CVPI, why did I make this you ask?
While the other ones I could find while beautiful and well done, They had a few issues to me, mainly to many textuers/only L0-L2/ too high poly (100K+). 
I made one to suit my need of a CVPI that sub 100K polys, up to the L3 and under 30 texuters, so I went and made one. (it also has a spotlight as standed)

Well, after saying the last upload was the final update for this pack and several people sharing shots of either their own DC skins I just felt I needed to redo this pack. I am even happier with it now. I think it has turned out rather well. This is drastically different from the older versions of this pack. Everything is based off the most common models used currently and using the newest templates. Couldn't really find any offerings out there as a newer vehicle dev so I made my own and modeled it on the Setina box that comes with their FPIU interior package. Didn't put their brand name on it and added an electronic number lock to the front of the drawer. 
 
Drawer is set up to work with the hood node for sliding.

This Charger is a labor of love. The idea came from my 2019 Charger SRT Hellcat, which was a bust, all things considered. So I hunkered down, and got to work on this beast! This car is not strictly unmarked, per se. You may use the provided template to give this Charger a much needed paintjob, if you so wish!
 
This car features low-key lighting, six wheel choices (Base, SXT, AWD Hubs+Alloys+Steelies, RWD Steelies ), taillight wig-wags, the Officer Protection Package dashpad touch-screen inlay, and more!

I have liked the way Charleston Police Department looks. Very classic yet modern looking. Their older cars sport a Whelen Liberty with rear spit modules to allow for a TA while their newer cars have SoundOff packages with white lights in the grill. They have changed liveries a few times over the years from their classic design, to a newer black and white with a blue line to all black with a blue line. I tried to make this pack as authentic as possible with the information I had. Special thanks to SCPoliceCruiser.com for supplying me with great pictures to help. I am aware that they have unmarked cars and some FPIU's but I couldn't find enough information to make them accurately enough for my taste but I may update in the future.
