This Dodge Charger is based off of Bay Minette,Alabama Police Department. I tried to make it accurate to the real thing as I could. It does have two extra's,9 and 12, that are a surgical mask for the rearview mirror and a wrap for the rambar. There are some options in the download for you. Such as rim color,window tint and ELS colors.Even a few extra liveries I made for fun. Don't forget to install the VCF!
 
 
To install the model:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF:
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police2.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police2.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save
 

This is the EMS Tahoe I have been working on for almost a week. It is primarily a sprint unit but you can change it to anything else.
Thanks to all who helped with the equipment and any issues I came upon while making this.

I was looking at police car pictures in Hawaii and instantly fell in love with Hawaii Police Dept. The design and vehicle layout was simple and clean.
This is inspired by the marked explorer they use (mostly skin and basic vehicle layout) the rest is just kind of my own creation.

Hello Everybody
Im proud to present you something i was working on for quite a while.Since Sam revealed that 0.4 will feature Patrol Areas,i decided to do something for the smaller parts of San Andreas.It ended up with 24 Models.The Models got tested a couple of times and i double checked the Textures but with that amount im sure there are some bugs if you found them please MESSAGE ME.I hope some of you can enjoy this 😄

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

So, I started this pack as a little side project but it turns out people wanted this more than the big pack I was working on lol. Its a fictional sheriff's department pack. I saw .Chandler.'s recent sheriff texture pack and I just made cars that I felt fit the livery well.

here's how you do it
Anything you want to be reflected, you want to leave on a transparent texture. Obviously, follow the template and once you are done delete it and name it Reflective
Anything you dont want reflective for example Color of the car, License plates, maybe badges just color in the background with the other things you don't want to be reflected. 
 
@RobertTM has a really great tutorial on his reflective packs if you want more in depth stuff done.

This pack is from my personal collection. I built this for my LSPDFR single player about a month ago, and it was time I changed up what's in my game. Based off no particular department, I present this pack, with the Valor light bar. I recently fell in love with this light bar in particular after visiting Los Angeles recently, and seeing it on the top of their LAPD '16 Explorers. Anyway, hope you enjoy. I love the ELS setting on this pack, so it's locked in the VCF. To change just turn it to 'false' in the VCF.

Hey everyone, this pack has been massively overhauled and even for me has been tiring. This pack now includes skins for medic4523's pack along with getting rid of some obsolete skins. This also includes a few new models as well. This is as always going to be updated "regularly" with updated textures and new models that fit with this pack. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. It's been great to make this pack since it is sleek and has sharp edges which calms my OCD 😛

This is a San Andreas state police pack done in 4K and based off of New Mexico State Police. I called it DPS 'cause I also put in for you the Motor Transportation Division (i was in a good mood) and Mounted Patrol (not really part of DPS, but....). I've made a bunch of different versions, as much as I had the patience for in this first batch. Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate NMSP as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures.
