as said above... sounds like your gpu fan is getting loser remove it and take a screw driver just open the fan and remove all the present dust carefully without damaging it put the fan on the gpu back and tighten the nuts and screw then try i have same this problem with my old GeForce GT 430 same as your story then i did all those steps and it was work fine no noise.

thanks for telling your thoughts I'm loving it.. even that I still have flipping game crashes... but the more I play the less crashes I have and another thing that other scripts does not work with 1.0 version. I was patrol and I sent out an tow-truck and it stopped working... so I reload my scripts and called them again.. and guess what? yep it crashed again same thing happened to the MedicalExaminer

Damn man.. That's very good video I had an code 3 chase, and it went on for around 5mins... then the victim got out of the car! then I had an running chase, down the road. then the victim got in another car and about to drive away... and I'm like NO your not... so I get him out of the car made him 10-15 and called for 10-16
