i just download la roads mod and when i start lspdfr mi models vehicles wont spawn just vanilla vehcles hwelp me please

can you put speakers on the police vehicles like whee you press A they speak but it will be awsome to actually hear your own voice saying pull over or whatever you want to say and hear it on the poilice speakers

I have a problem with ELS when i jump into the police car and close de door in the button part says warning ELS Lock Active i cant turn on mi sirens in the J or K or L its primary secundary and all lights on the keyboard can someone help how to use mi sirens?
