  1. Created Texture Not Showing

    I made a texture for the 2016 FPIS in paint.net using the template and everything looks good in OpenIV but when I get in game it spawns the car with a purple body and my texture isn't showing. I saved it as a png and everything so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated

    UPDATE: I simply restarted my PC and everything works great again!

    I believe mine updated automatically too. Im not 100% sure on that though Also I added a police car in the park ranger slot but I didn't think that would affect anything

    Well I played LSPDFR yesterday and ELS was working perfectly fine. And now When I get into a police car the lights do not come on. The ELS menu comes up and still flashes and works normal but no lights come on the car. My els file hasn't changed. Anyone know what the problem could be?
