yeah, for Car mod can we Talk, but i can only use Zmodeler and don´t must use 3ds Max

I would like make GTA IV Mods, can i make convert GTA V Gun Animations for GTA IV/EFLC in zmodeler, when it´s possible send me GTA V Gun Stances/Idles(Cover, Shooting, etc). So i dont must use 3ds Max, only Zmodeler or what? How many 3ds Max Costs for Modding?
