The first gen Stanier for the BCSO should be nice and all LSPD Cars should have the default Rotator Lights I'm mean the GTA IV Cops should in GTA V as LSPD Officers too (to replace the Default/Final Version GTA V Cops and they can work for the NOOSE or they are Partisans)
