Which SMG they use in Airport and why the Patrol Officers not use the SMG too?

Hello Guys, i´ve got a Question about, the Normal US Cops Use SMG(like Heckler und Koch MP5/UMP or other SMGs)?, be cuz in the Past the Cops use the Thompson SMGs and Reising SMGs(I seen a Wayne Sheriff Deputy with this gun) and i´m not mean the SWAT. Sometimes they use Assault Rifle(only AR 15/M4 Rifles) and mostly Pistols and Shotguns. In my and other(even the UK) Countrys the Police Officers have SMG(HK MP5). The Boston Airport Police used in the Year 2003 HK MP5 with Silencer: The Wayne County Sheriff with a Reising SMG: Can someone ask?

this gameconfig works hopefully with Windows 7 and for next the RDE Update Which version should i use the Gameconfig for Windows 7?: ----- 1. Please add the first gen Vapid Stanier for Detectives, LSPD, LSSD, and BCSO 2. Make a RDE Unistaller for someone who have problems with RDE and when a New RDE comes 3. Add Black, Hispanic and Chinese(Asiatic) Male BCSO Deputies, Chinese(Asiatic) LSPD Officer and LSSD Deputies

How can i use RDE 3.1 for Windows 7 and it whould be nice to add the first gen Vapid Stanier for the LSPD, LSSD, Detective Car and for BCSO I Have RDE 3.1 in my Game, but my GTA V Load too long since i have RDE 3.1
