Not at all like Palm Beach Gardens!!! Palm Beach Gardens is lime green. This matches more to North Palm Beach Fire Rescue. If you wanna change it i can send you a picture of Palm Beach Gardens color scheme. -
This is unfortunately not an Alaska State trooper livery. It was however one that was proposed but never adopted by the troopers. Regardless of this fact it looks great. Would have been badass if they would have adopted it. -
Alright guys i'm at a loss. EUP will not load and I cannot figure out what is wrong. It is installed correctly but for some reason rage will not load the menu. I had it working with no problems on my previous computer but I bought a new laptop and now i cannot get it to work. Any ideas? UPDATE: Issue has been resolved.

The texture looks great but i think its missing something. I also attached a photo of the new logo if your interested in doing it as well. -
So I have everything updated to the latest update and when I launch GTA V through Rage Hook plugin, it goes through the whole loading screen then when it gets to loading the plugins, it says the LSPDFR.dll has crashed. It has also done it with the vehiclegadgets plugin for medics EMS/Fire pack. Anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Ive tried all the youtube videos and still cant seem to get it working.

So I have a clean install of GTA V and tried putting ELS into the game. My issue is ELS is working but I cannot get any of the lights to work. Now before you go telling me to check all the files, I have already done that. All files are where they are suppose to be. I get in game and the only thing that seems to work is ELS itself. The lights will not come on. I have noticed the rear tail lights of some vehicles will be flashing but not bright at all. Any ideas? Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled every program such as scripthookV and ELS and so on and so forth.
