I made this ENTIRELY for myself but im open to suggestions! 
Florida Highway Patrol does not YET use the FPIU, but they will soon be recieving it for patrol. From rare photos that I have seen, It appears that
they will be bringing back the slicktop/blue lights combo so this model was the best thing I could find.

This is a Police Maverick (polmav) UV-mapped to support liveries. No other changes have been made to the model.
Included in the archive are 3 High Quality (4096x4096) and 4 Standard Quality (2048x2048) skins - LSPD, LSSD, SAHP and default Air Ambulance (only Standard Quality).
The glass works perfectly.

This is a fictional NYSP rescue/support vehicle I made just messing around, I'm new to skin making so don't judge too hard.
 
If I knew how to modify the vehicle model I would try to make it look more authentic but I don't so, if you can mind the light bar and forward facing blue lights go ahead and enjoy.
 
I'm open to suggestions but don't be a dick about it.

Hey guys, Yo_Adrian coming at you with my first texture pack. 
It's based off the 1990's look of the Illinois State Police. I tried to get it 100% to it's real life counterpart, but I know that it's not.
Skins are for RobertTM's 1990's LSCS Sheriff's pack, but they can be used on any vehicle using this template.
I do plan on adding more vehicles in the future :D
Please do not upload an edited version, or re-upload this to another site. Although, you do have my permission to use in YouTube videos, and clans. 
Clans, just make sure you let me know please. 
 
Known bugs:
-Badge on the 1998-newer cvpi is very distorted. I tried a few different things, but have not come up with anything yet. If you know why, please let me know. Thanks!
-In openIV, the Caprice passanger side looks mirrored, that is just a glitch with the car model, should look fine in your game.
-That's all I know, any other bugs you guys find, just let me know.

This pack contains skins for the above vehicles. The templates were from JJDawkins/Mr.Kindness's LSPD Mega Pack. These skins should also work with other vehicle models using the same templates. (If you test this on other vehicle models, please let me know if they work, or need adjustments, I'd be happy to expand the use of these files.) 
 
There are 8 variations for each vehicle (currently 4 cars). I have included the blue (matching the real department) and a clear version of the solid color and two-tone skins. Clear skins allow you to choose a different color if you want in game using a trainer, (such as Simple Trainer) Thank you for downloading my West Buechel Kentucky Police Department Texture. :) Please leave a comment or review with your thoughts. P.S. To get more of a matte shine on the blue vehicles like the original patrol cars have, I found using the Trainer to set a "Graphite" color on main helps bring that matte shine :)
 
################ REQUIREMENTS ################

################ INSTALLATION ################
Navigate to the vehicle model you want to add the skin to via OpenIV. For example, here is where my vehicle is installed:
 
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday11ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf.
 
I will use the police slot as an example.
 
In OpenIV click "Edit Mode" > police.ytd > chr2_sign_1 > Replace > chr2_sign_1 > verify the background is the correct texture > Save > Close OpenIV.  > Play GTA V :)
 
Each vehicle skin contains 8 variations in the download. I have sorted it by Department (LSPD & WBPD). This allows you to simply install 4 of either one at once. If you need to change the vehicle slot it is in, change the police.ytd to whichever Police/Sheriff/FBI slot you are using. If you want to change the livery slot, change the 1 in "charger2_sign_1" to the slot you want to use.

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.
