  1. Just wanted to throw in that I am having the same issue as OP. I've also tried everything that OP has to no avail. My ELS folder setup: Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default I have the correct .xml files in the "pack_default" folder and they are correctly named. I have also checked and confirmed that my ELS.ini is pointing to the "pack_default" folder.
  2. My scroll lock is off and I am still having this issue. I've seen in videos where people get into a police car and the display comes up automatically. Is there a way to configure ELS to do this?
  3. Hey all. Having a very similar issue with ELS. I have ELS installed, along with bxbugs123 CVPI v1.9L, and the Hurk's 2016 FPIU. ELS doesn't seem to work on anything. Pushing "J" only makes the tailights flash. Pushing "Ctrl+P" only opens the escape menu, "K" and "L" do nothing, and to the best of my knowledge none of the other controls work. Its as if ELS is not installed. I have installed everything according to the guides. The ELS ini is pointing to the correct VCF folder, and I have all relevant xml files from the two cars correctly named and in the correct folder. My guess is either there is some conflict that is preventing ELS from recognizing commands, or ELS is not loading for some reason despite being installed.
