This has to be a troll, there is no way anyone would think the way you put the antenna on was accurate to anything.
  1. Looking for less echo, but honestly its GTA 5, things cant be perfect.
  2. Coming from a vic owner myself, This needs more work. The door sounds are perfect, no need to fix anything there. But the echo within the vic sounds and the quietness of it is an issue. When people think of a vic, you want a loud roar. Overall good job so far.
Looks great! Any possibility of adding a non-wrap option?
  3. Here is the full pack. https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/s-a-p-o-p-p-theme-pack-jjdawkins30 One tone seems to be a bit louder, but not by much at all.

I present to you, one of the best sounding D&R sirens for Grand Theft Auto 5! By sheer luck, this siren will also replace the granger sounds. Meaning all tones relating to police vehicles will be the D&R siren. Original credits go to TheRealNBK71 for the siren, modified by me to make the sounds louder and work for GTA V. Please let me know if the siren is not loud enough. Should a moderator have any issues with this modification, please contact me and I will take it down. I am submitting this mod as the typical GTA IV audio files will not work with GTA 5, and helping those who do not know how to properly convert them is beneficial. How To Install? For Old School Install: VIA OpenIV, please navigate to x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf, right click in a empty area, then click select open formats. Find the vehicles.oac located inside the "Old School Install" folder, and select it. For Siren Mastery Install: Drag and drop the "Plugins" folder into your main directory, replace if prompted. For ELS Install: ELS should work the same way the Old School install does. I hope you enjoy the mod!
Be sure to provide credits as to where you got the tones from.
  4. I don't see how you are confused with the word Explorer. Here you go:
  5. My apologies for that. I am looking to get a set of LASD vehicles. I have ample photos as well that would allow a modeler to make them. I am looking to get them for my community.
  6. Hello, I am looking for a modeler to make me some custom vehicles. If interested, shoot me a PM.
Not really understanding why an Impala would be within a Life Guard fleet, just depends on the area I guess. Good job on cars nonetheless
Orrrrr, just use a transparent image and let people switch the color themselves?
Not seeing these cars have a flow at all, all parts of the car look like they are from different departments. The detective caprice really isnt making much sense, a newer style car, with whatever light that is inside of it. The upside of this whole pack is I do like the marked Caprice, but not enough to use it in my game. EDIT: I am not here trying to simply cause issues, I am providing constructive criticism. Understand that before thinking I am trying to be a dick.
Unless I am going insane, the CHP cars I see daily look nothing like this.
You guys should really come to terms with the understanding that NON ELS cars will not be able to be turned into ELS cars completely. He just changed the lighting stage to jump to 3, and fixed extras from flashing by removing ELS control. ELS is based of components of cars if I am not mistaken, so it will never be fully possible.
  7. "vehicles.oac(Line 16): File "vehicles\0x000E3CFA.wav" not found"" Fix is in the error message itself. You need to re extract the .awc file to a .oac. You're missing files in the folder. Just tested it with the files I provided and had zero issues.
  8. I compiled a bunch of ENB's and visual settings so to be honest I am not really sure.

From my home town, I am currently a senior explorer for The OpenIV County Sheriff's Office. This is one of their new model vehicles, they requested for an immediate skin change to add two logos on the back of the car, no idea why. Anywho, enjoy.
