Damn, LSPDFR is 99% finished?, i was not aware we were at 0.9 release teetering on the 1.0 final release this quickly. Oh wait, we're not...-..it's 0.4. We are not even half way through development and how many years has it been?. I would not cross your fingers or go thinking LSPDFR is near completion anytime soon. It will be weeks/months until 0.4 comes out, and it will literally be half a decade before you even see a 1.0 release like we did in LCPDFR a long time ago. Patience and maintaining an attitude that expects less than more is paramount to maintaining sanity while waiting for this mod to develop. If every other day you think the update is coming out...-...it will seem like FOREVER for it to actually come out. A watched pot never boils folks. I would expect 2-3 more rinky dinky video/screenshot updates with information in the coming months before the 0.4 Update itself even comes out.

As an American, i have probably witnessed more violence and crime that your local police will ever encounter in their entire career. Unlike the UK, here in the United States our criminals are dangerous, competent, and we handle them as such. Should we start " shooting them in the leg " more?. I'm open to advice on how to handle a suspect armed with a deadly weapon. But if that advice required more than 2-3 units ..-..it's a waste of time and resources. What?, to save the life of a person who wants to see you and the police dead?. Here in the United States, we like to save our citizens tax dollars ( such as my own ) and always use deadly force when authorized. Want to see what happens when our cops take passive ideals and get pressure from the media not to use their firearms?. Here you go, enjoy. This is what passive and less lethal police forces get you, wounded and or possibly dead cops. But it's worth a cops life to potentially save an armed suspects?, right?. 🤣

And how about how Sadiq Khan approves a Trump Baby baloon and various thousands of people holding Anti-Trump Protests, but disallows permits for any conservative groups, such as Patriot Prayer and various other groups. Not only is there bias enforcement once the protests start, but they do not even allow those they have differing political opinions with to even hold/organize a rally in the first place. What is personally scary to me, is that a lot of these " protesters " think that some person they don't likes speech is paramount to violence. And therefore they can use physical violence in return to protest them. They are using those tactics against federal and local law enforcement agencies now as we can clearly see in this video and many like it. The weak man child screaming " FASCIST PIG " at the cop with a look of straight anger and disgust on his face. There is a large percentage of people in the United States that when they see or hear reports about injured or law enforcement or worse...-...they rejoice. They legitimately feel that since Donald J. Trump is our President, now the Police and all Law Enforcement are part of some hidden, evil racist organization. When it fact in most of the cities with the most police and gang violence ( Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, etc ) all have Democratic Leaders , and most of their City Counsel, Police Department and even the MAYOR'S are African American. Yet somehow all of this falls on the " white patriarchy " these insane people have made up. I cannot imagine being a black cop and putting up with this " Uncle Tom " crap. The scene, Philadelphia. Mid day, where most people are working , nearly 50 people gathered to illegally obstruct an ICE office in the City. Phildephia PD responds by sending out their guys with bikes to clean up the riff raff and remove all protesters and debris. 12 People in total were arrested and nearly 30 tents and other make shift shelters were also destroyed. A lot of cringe in this video from insane cop haters. Be ready.

Portland Oregon. The scene is as follows, at the site of a ICE arrest and transfer center there is a small group of Communist/Socialist hippies that want ICE abolished and no borders. They take it upon themselves to block the only exit of the ICE building, stopping the van with illegal immigrant detainees before it can depart. They are kindly asked to leave and disperse, as it's an illegal gathering. They decide to ignore police warnings, and sing and chant about how bad Trump and the government is. Flash foward, four minutes. Two additional DHS police Units arrive on scene, the plan being with reinforcements to remove these protesters so the convoy can get going. With the hippies being non compliant, they use less lethal tactics in the form of pepper balls and personal detainment's. Please note these are similar protesters to " ANTIFA " and support them so don't feel bad. Note how the " Politically correct " immigrant loving camera person calls the black DHS officer a racial slur. Funny how they are only anti hate unless you are a cop. Now, time for the show. It must be. I swear, i look a hundreds of screenshots here and i always see popping textures or grey off textures in the backround of peoples pic's who have car models/textures installed. I really do swear by sticking to plugins and scripts, although it is an OD amount of them, it somehow still functions. And i am sold it's because i have not a single weapon/vehicle/world texture/models. I use Natural Vision Remastered however, THAT is my single biggest FPS killer. I could ditch the NVR, and go from my measly 25-30 back up to 50-75 most likely. I have not had a single texture issue in my game, the only issue i have is LSPDFR.dll plugin crashes once every 2-3 hours, and i simply RAGE menu up, reloadallplugins, forceduty and resume right where i left off. Takes a mere 2 minutes. I hope this thread helps some people sort out their installation for the maximum potential for replay-ability and fun while playing LSPDFR. If you are having ANY issues, compare your folders to mine and get to work. If you want to request something feel free to ask. I spent way too much damn time perfecting my installation for my OCD obsessive ass to NOT share it with you guys.
