Is there a way I can apply?

My name is Daniel and I have a Police Car in mind that I would like for someone to make for me as I am not at all in any way able to use Zmodeler. All I want is an Unmarked Black CVPI with a WrapAround Pushbumper and all blue lighting. I would also like a partition(Caged Unit) as well a Radar, laptop, and console. For the lights I would like dash or visor lights with mirror lights and the back window looking like a Christmas tree as well as Lights in the back back windows. It would be greatly appreciated if someone was able to make it or atleast show me how to do it so I can start releasing cars on LCPDFR.Com and I would like this for GTAV

i know i have an a police car in GTAIV that the lights on the control box that light up and flash with the lights. but im sure the more ELS is updated and modified so will the cars

To all of the ELS guys, do you think there is anyway as we get further into modding that we can make it where when the lights are on at the control box where yu would initiate the lights we have the lights flashing on it????
