Man i can empathize! I couldn't get past the load-screen without GTA5 shutting down either! Removed all mods... right down to vanilla... repaired it too... the GTA 5 itself wouldn't even run! So am now reinstalling as cant be bothered with trying to figure this mess out!

Was just right now thinking of this... i respond to call outs and assist by shooting the fleeing vehicle with missiles...! Would be great to actually assist by targeting the car and somehow running plate or such... probably too much to implement i would say... but police helicopter would be neat

Hey Fin, In my quest to help out in finding animations for various actions, what program or utility do you use to screen them? Is it openIV? I appreciate it takes time to sort through them and as i have a bit thought i would take a look... if it helps! I asked previously on the forums but little response.. Thanks mate DOug

Hi guys, bit of a funny one here... with GTA4 i would have multiple copies of the game with various mods for LCPDFR depending on what country i wanted to play in... With GTA 5, i did the same routine...installed the original game.. made a copy and modded that to preserve the original... however, when playing the copied version of the game it will not recognize any mods UNLESS they are in the original game folder as well! For example, the SNT will not function in the copied folder (all the files are there!) unless its in the original folder too! How weird is that! How do you guys make copies that work so you dont have to wreck your vanilla folder? Cheers Doug

Firstly, great work and much appreciated for what you are doing for the gaming community :) Secondly, as you are coding this mod, do you enjoy coding more or playing one you have finished? I know when i coded an addon for FSX it gave me even more pleasure than actually using FSX! Is that weird?? Any rate, your efforts are greatly appreciated and i can see many hours of enjoyment coming form your sacrifice! Kia Ora!

Hi guys, Downloaded the trainer and installed... i have the correct version of the game but F4 does not bring it up! What game mode does this work in... i guess not online, but if i choose director mode it doesnt work and in story mode it doesnt work... so what mode do i choose? Thanks for any help! Doug

The ELS folder goes into your main GTAiv folder... From there the car you use will always use the default .ini config unless you change the slot..i haven't managed to do this so just use the default config...(if anyone knows how to do this let me know!) using an ELS enabled car, push J 3 times and the lights will come on... then G for the siren...T changes the sound... See how you go Doug

Hi Luke, Great mod so far! I ave a bug that gets me every time... the officer down scenario... i pull up, run to the officer and press E... player crouches down and then stays down with continual 'dinging' sound....he cant get up, and lcpdfr cashes... not even reloading the scripts helps... has happened twice now... Any ideas? Cheers Doug

As the title says, i cant recall how to stop my player form looking at some random event causing me to crash off the road... i recall there is a setting or addition to the .ini file but cannot recall what it is Thanks guys Doug
