  5. Sorry, i've been forgetting about this but. If you have a bunch of ELS and a few non ELS police vehicles, the non els lights will just not work. If you want to use non els, delete your ELS vehicles. Sorry but i tested this and it works, you might get to keep maybe 1 or 2 els police cars, no idea.
