I would like a custom skin made for a YouTube series on my channel. for a ELS compatible Ford Crown Vic. Full model download would be easier and nice but if its just the skin that's fine too. however I would like the VCF's or at least the link to the ELS crown vic that you make the skin on. Thanks

what do you mean everyone can make them how they want? not everyone knows how to make a VCF like me, atleast have a link on how to install this. no VCF's so I can't use ELS correctly nor does it have the link to the vehicles these textures are using. the first time I installed this I was able to install both the custom officer and the 2014 dodge charger just fine but now I can't even do that because the VCF's are gone and you don't have a link on this page for the vehicles you need- 19 comments

unless it was updated since the last time i used this pack, i was able to install both the uniform and the 2014 charger without downloading a single civ vehicle

yes and actually one of the folders actually has the files which i did state in my support request in thisI downloaded the Idaho State Trooper Pack which is a uniform and car combo however non of the VCF's are being downloaded with the file and only one car file will have the ytd files but only the police2.ytd and police2+hi.ytd it and no other file including that one has the yft files. all but one has just vehicle skins.
when i go to draw my handgun its fine but when I go to put my handgun back In the holster it disappears and then Intimidation wont work no matter how much I spam the shift key nearly enabling sticky keys. only fix I found was by switching uniforms in EUP but I shouldn't need to switch uniforms every time I want to be in a intimidating type walk. is there a fix for this as in a permanent fix?- 560 comments

ok I have fixed it, there is a key that disables it that I was unaware of, so I did in fact install it right just disabled itso I removed all ELS stuff and readded it, and now it just makes a noise when I spam g, h, j, k, l keys together. should I just remove all ELS vehicles?I will, but is there anyway that I can get the lights to work with the pack, or do I need to find the textures only version to get the lights to workhttp://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/17784-idaho-state-police-vehicle-uniform-combo-pack/ Idaho state pack, I got this mainly cause I live in Idaho and I was hoping I could get the ELS issue fixed so I can patrol with it a lot moreso I put the VCF in the els folder and the blue and red lights show just fine, sirens work but lights don't. but when I put the VCF in the pack default, lights and sirens get disabled, and blue and red lights automatically gets turned off when u spawn in. I turn on the red and blue lights and it shows during car picker, then turns off when I spawn in the worldreadded the ELS stuff, it has nothing to do with the new vehicle as I was getting this issue yesterday before I downloaded it. I started having this issue with the Silverado. should I uninstall ELS? and reinstall itI don't know what I did now. I tested out a new ELS vehicle and when I select the car and get all the lights on it, I spawn into the world to start going on duty and all the lights are black, like red and blue textures are gone or something

no I never changed keys, to be honest with ya I only did the prologue and the first couple missions to unlock micheal and that's it. I beat the story on xbox already so I really didn't mess with a lot of stuff at all. the only key binds I have changed were not vanilla gta keys. only keys for other scripts for lspdfr. but anyways I did that and now the all the light things turned black. I'm trying a different car that I'm going to downloadfor non-ELS vehicles its 0 atleast for me. 0 is the horn key, so somehow I disabled the els activation system while maintaining the standard siren for use. but i'll try that real quick nevermind. I honestly don't know what the hell I'm missing because nothing is working, I think I'm going to redownload ELS and get that txt back inso the 0 key doesn't work anymore after I re-added all the openIV files. so I think I fixed the ELS problem, I just cant remember the keys to activate itI did those steps. when I press 0 the sirens start as if its a non-ELS vehicle but the lights themselves don't on. I'm not sure if it will be anymore help but the model I'm trying to get ELS to work on is [ELS] Blaine County Sheriff Silverado By: 72will
@Dragonsword86 I know how to make ELS work, I've done it before with the san andreas sheriff pack, but I forgot how to do it. I was just missing one thing. @Kallus Rourke I did have the ELS txt in my recycle bin before I emptied it as I thought it was just another txt doc that logged crashes and what not. I do have scripthookV.dll installed I'm just missing the ELS txt doc. I'm assuming I gotta redownload ELS to get the txt again

this is the only good looking park ranger truck I could find. but like first thirty minutes said it has some glitches u need to work out. TRUCK SPAWNS MULTIPLE VERSIONS WHEN BLOWN UP, ANOTHER SPAWN OF THE FRAME OF THE TRUCK SWIRLING AROUND IN GLITCH FORM LIKE A TORNADO WHEN YOU DRIVE IT. this is pretty much adding to first thirty minutes review about some stuff floats away. will rate 5 stars once this is fixed- 31 comments

I only have a text doc that is called @ info. I don't see a asi txt doc in the els folder
