Hello again, Thank for you your reply. I am sure whatever is causing this issue is a problem on my end, not with the mod.

First off, I would like to say that this is a great mod. Unfortunately, I believe that I have encountered the same issue that Officer Davie noticed. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. It doesn't show up quite as well in the picture as in the game, but you can still see the "flakiness" as Officer Davie described it. The only other visual mod I have installed is Radiance V by BxBugs, so I do not know if that may be causing the problem. I figured I would share it to see if you or someone else knew what was causing it. Thanks!
