Final screenshot I managed to get of @DevinKanMods' upcoming 2010 Ford Expedition. I am honestly in love with this file! I know that I will definitely be following DevinKan's progress on this. Last night (or early this morning should I say), @DevinKanMods asked me to test a file for him. At the time I had no idea what vehicle it was, or even what lightbar was on. Once it loaded in OpenIV, I instantly knew it was a Whelen Legacy strapped on top of this baby of a 2010 Ford Expedition. Now, if you know me, I LOVE the Whelen Legacy. I cannot wait for DevinKan to release this. Huge thanks to DevinKan for letting me post my screenshots and letting me test such an AMAZING file. -

Hey there! There's currently a mod with similar features that you described, with the ticket writing features. As for a court system, I'm not sure - you'd have to ask the author himself. Here's the plugin: I hope I have been of some help :) HuzzahBritain

Hey again :P I was wondering if someone could clear a few things up for me. I'm just preparing things for a car mod I'm getting ready, however a lot of the assets on the development section of LSPDFR are for GTA IV, and are in .wft. I wondered if someone could clear up whether I'd need zmod2 or if zmod3 can handle it. Many thanks! HuzzahBritain

Yes. You need to use OpenIV to get there. Once you're in the patchday that the author sets (Grand Theft Auto V: update: x64: patchday: patchday??:) you'll need to use OpenIV to make a copy of the patchday. I would reccommend following this guide whilst installing vehicles and making sure they're set up correctly. I hope my response has helped HuzzahBritain
