Did you make your own outfit? If so, you have to change the "upper body" to only show the skin that is required for the clothes. The way GTA 5 dresses characters is bizzare but clothes are all compatible with a full upper body. If you have a long sleeve turtle neck, you only need hands. Just change the number until one doesn't glitch. This has nothing to do with installation or anything, it is just the way GTA V handles outfits. In game, it takes care of this for you but in EUP or Skin Control, you have to manually change it. If you go to the predesigned outfits, this won't happen but that limits customization.

Whew, I'm not sure moving on does anything except you don't get to use a fantastic mod. The authors get nothing for their work aside from a few donations that people generously give out. If you want to use the mod, people are willing to help you troubleshoot but you have to listen to what they are saying. A few tips on troubleshooting 1. Make sure game is updated to v944 2. Make sure scripthookV is updated to newest edition 3. Make sure RagePlugin is updated to .50 4. Make sure you have both, EUP and EUP Menu 5. Follow all install directions perfectly 6. When loading the game through RPH, click on the cog, go to plugins and make sure EUPMenu.dll is checked to load 7. Start the game and test it out 8. Upper body is missing, go into wardrobe and create a new outfit and change upperbody around to see if arms show up EUP works fine, it is not the mod, if you installed everything perfectly, it's possible that something else is causing conflict and/or crashing the game. Sometimes RPH bugs out.
