should be a option to spawn in a add on car by typing in 18charger in the vehicle tap

are you using a trainer to spawn the car in by typing in 18charger ? also make sure this <Item>dlcpacks:/18charger/</Item> is in your dlclist.xml

try getting EUP and SUP and EUP menu it helps with selecting outfits and saving them and can use eup menu while on duty to change outfits on the fly

now i cant seem to figure out how to fix the bloom around the traffic lights i use ELS/Better ELS RadV/better radiance

ok it did help with it being more smooth and stable im not dropping to 25-30fps stays stable at 40-60
