Common in Texas to control traffic and protect rescurers from harm.
 
Features :
Template included, texture devs can only link to this download  Whelen edge by bxbuggs, red/white, light colors can be changed by editing the emissive textures in the ytd from red/blue to all red, or all blue.  you can enter the back cab can also serve as mobile command center   
Extra/Vehicle Components
Warning lighting - front  and some back, and two portions of main ligthbar
Primary Lightning -main  light bar/some side lighting 
Secondary Light - Amber front, and rear directional Traffic advisor, directional arrow sticks
 
Extra_ 11 -  front spotlights
Extra_12 - scene lights 
boot - roof light, use with scene lights
 
known bugs: glass doesn't break, to come: better collisions and breakable glass, better lighting setup.
 
To install -
replace - rename vehicle file as needed, Use OpenIV to import the Files to "/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday9ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/" or the last patchday! 
 
addon  - use this mod till i can create an add on dlc.rpf Taco Po Po is backed up on projects
 
 
Fivem install:
extract the fivem folder from the download, and place the hazrescue resource in  your resource folder, add start hazrescue to your server.cfg and dont forget to install the els.vcf
This download will work with hazrescue so just place vehicle files and Els vcf for sgblocker.

AI not using lights and sirens was resolved by setting sirensettings to 13 in carvariations.meta.

Side runners are loosely based off of the whelen tracer side runners
 
You can use these for more than just side lighting, real life the tracer lights disconnect into strips and connect together. They've been used on ram bars for the single and double lights, and other areas. So these can be used for a lot more than just side lighting
 
All variations together the lights are 3,605 tris
A single light is 243 tris
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, whatever I really don't care. Just credit me for the original work

i enjoy providing options so i have included in this download a separate folder for texture of vests in different colors, as well as federal agent, fbi, and police vests in black. and a blank vest for you to customize as you please. 
to install navigate to the texture directory and replace the vest with the one you want from the vest folder. s_m_y_marine_03.ytd and csb_ramp_marine.ytd are equiped with vests.
 
known bugs: name tags and patches are in previous locations, as marines dont always wear certain patches. marines dont wear us flags either in some instances, but i wanted to add something different to this ped. 
officer dress green uniform is as close to realistic as possible, minus some of the ribbons, used marine medals and service badges. Marines attend army dive and air jump schools so those pins are the same. marksman pins not able to get on uniforms.
