I've downloaded but it shows the SpeechRegonitionEnabled warning yet I have the en-US language pack installed. Computer is also brand new (out of the box yesterday), any ideas?

Okay, and sorry to keep being a pain, but when trying to install, it tells me that there is no language pack but when I followed the tutorial, everything seemed to be in place.

Do you know of any plugins to replace PoliceSmartRadio and XScanner? Also, would you prefer the GrammarPolice or Vocal Dispatch plugin?

I've actually just went through with my clean directory and reinstalled some mods and LSPDFR. Works fine other than ELS. ELS doesn't seem to want to work. Edit: I have fixed ELS but there is something that keeps crashing my LSPDFR every time I go on duty a few minutes after. RagePluginHook.log

To mention, I made a second copy of the directory before installing anything to it and I switched over to the clean directory and it boots and works just fine.

I've rebooted the system and attempted to launch GTA normally without RPH, still crashes.

The information mentioned in your last post is accurate. I have not rebooted my computer yet and I will do so now. I'll check after the reboot and see if it still remains the same and then make another reply here. Thanks for the help so far, very appreciated.

I have also verified game integrity files through Steam although I did not do any modifications outside of the mods folder. Also, this computer is brand new (as of today) so shouldn't all the drivers be up to date already?

I have renamed the folder _mods and tried again, still crashes. I have now named it back and disabled ScriptHook V and receive the same crashing result.

It was working previously without RPH but now it crashes without RPH as well. RagePluginHook.log
