Hi there, I continuously crash in the main starting screen of the GTA game with RPH launched. I have some mods such as callouts, EUP, ELS, and BVA.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

 

Can you confirm it doesn't crash without RPH?
Also send your RagePluginhook log please, its a text file in your main directory

It was working previously without RPH but now it crashes without RPH as well.

Rename your mods folder "_mods" and try again, if that doesn't work name it back and see if disabling ScriptHook V fixes it

I have renamed the folder _mods and tried again, still crashes. I have now named it back and disabled ScriptHook V and receive the same crashing result.

If you've done changes in OpenIV outside the mods folder verify your files.
Also make sure your drivers are up to date, outdated drivers can cause crashes as well.

I have also verified game integrity files through Steam although I did not do any modifications outside of the mods folder.

Also, this computer is brand new (as of today) so shouldn't all the drivers be up to date already? 

Yes, that would be a pretty good sign drivers are already up to date. I should probably know but I don't, whats BVA?

Well that wouldn't be a problem then.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this is it so far:

You have tried with and without RPH, both crash
You have tried without the mods folder, it still crashes
You have tried without ScriptHook V, it is still crashing
Your drivers are up to date as the computer is brand new

Have you tried rebooting?

The information mentioned in your last post is accurate. I have not rebooted my computer yet and I will do so now. I'll check after the reboot and see if it still remains the same and then make another reply here. Thanks for the help so far, very appreciated.

No problem at all

I've rebooted the system and attempted to launch GTA normally without RPH, still crashes.

Check that your antivirus isn't blocking the game, same for your firewall

To mention, I made a second copy of the directory before installing anything to it and I switched over to the clean directory and it boots and works just fine.

I'd say the issue is either mods you have or the fact you have two directories, try having these installed when you have mods

I've actually just went through with my clean directory and reinstalled some mods and LSPDFR. Works fine other than ELS. ELS doesn't seem to want to work.

Edit: I have fixed ELS but there is something that keeps crashing my LSPDFR every time I go on duty a few minutes after.

Looking at your log you have many out of date plugins. I strongly advise that you remove them as they can cause frequent crashes and create system instability.

If required I can list them for you

Please do list them, that would be appreciated.
