This is my first modification I've ever did for V. I did it for myself actually, but I wanted to share it with you guys! =)
This mod changes the badge only. Nothing too big. Since I've wanted to stick on vanilla textures and models I took textures from in-game files.
I did 3D mapping too, so the badge will reflect light and such.
Any feedback is welcome! <3

1. Take the "s_m_m_ciasec_01.ytd" file
2. Put it into "x64e.rpf -> models -> cdimages -> componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf"
3. Profit
If you have changed other textures on that model and don't wanna lose those use the files from the "textures" folder

Here is another Christmas gift you guys. Another Whelen Dev part, this time the Avengers. This has both the single and the dual. Both have nice high quality textures and look great. Hope all you guys and gals love this.

This is a development model, not a finished model, this is intended for developers.
Please do not download if you're new or have no idea how to use Zmod.
Can be converted to other games but credit must be given and ask first. 
Feel free to convert to the Avenger II, but again if used make sure to give credits
Should work with both ELS and Non-ELS
 
 
Note that this is gen 1 model of the Avenger, not the avenger II

DESCRIPTION
− ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds.
− ELS requires vehicle models specifically designed to make use of its features.
− ELS includes over 200 unique lighting patterns scattered across 4 light groups and lighting formats.
 
NOTES
− Please consult the ELS USER GUIDE and other provided documentation prior to using ELS.
− As of V1.00 ELS is not compatible with any form of multiplayer.
− A visual enhancement mod is recommended to improve the appearance of ELS lights in game.
 
BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.
− 2. Download and install (a) pro-ELS vehicle model(s).
− 3. Start your game.

− ELS is coded by Lt.Caine.
− AdvancedHookV and vehicle damage feature coded by LMS.
− ELS-V testing team (alphabetical order): Albo1125, BxBugs123, GravelRoadCop, PoliceWag, and Prophet.

Simple just copy to Gta 5 Folder.
I think you need set size & position in game by press LeftControl - LeftShift - Z
 
This default keys for set size & position in game.
UpKey       = W
DownKey = S
RightKey = D
LeftKey    = A
DecreaseSizeKey = E
IncreaseSizeKey   = Q
 
SavePositionSettingsKey = LeftControl - LeftShift - Z

That screenshot i tested on 1600x900 resolution, the problem is sometime
phone not automatic fitable with every resolution.
 
So you can edit by your self on my .psd. (I have been edit with structured layers
so you can easly)

Here is the 2005-2010 Vauxhall Astra. Included in this pack is the marked IRV versions and the unmarked Q Car version. This car serves as an IRV. this was replaced by the i30 and focus however it is still in service in some areas but is rare and mostly used by safer transport teams.
