    I am giving you 4/5, If you are going for a lore SAHP Type texture and wanted to somewhat base it off CHP I think its pretty good. If you were going for full CHP look you did it somewhat but it could use some work, but none the less is a pretty good texture.

  8. I am having the same problem hope someone knows.... Just did some digging around the forums and found this: Are you using NVR? If yes, go into the dlcpacks in OpenIV and go into NVR emissives. Delete pranger.ytd, sheriff.ytd and firetruk.ytd.
  9. Are you using EUP and RDE, because if so you cant.
