Details,

This is the first ped of a pack I am working on, as you guys can see Its a Royal Canadian Mounted Police PED. I am looking to add a few more peds 

such as an ERT, Motor Cop, Female and Dog service Peds and any others I can think of, I really hope you guys like it.

How do you install this with patchday18ng? The correct files needed aren't in that patchday. Do we just install into patchday17?

Yes, just put it into Patch17 or I suggest using albos modding dlc.

It should be under the head texture, so just change the texture of the character head.
