  15. Medium/Good Optimized ENBs to work with this PC/Medium PC?

    You can try http://www.gta4-mods.com/ they have lots of ENB on there just make sure that the ENB is for patch 1.0.7.0 and not patch 1.0.4.0 okay . Just experiment and see which one works best for you . And BACKUP your GTA4 directory before you install a ENB . This one looks nice http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/gta-4-enb-for-low---mid-end-pcs-update-2-f19240#download and you can try a road textures mod to make the roads look better http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=comments&cat=324&id=34639 .

  17. Trouble with ENB & Spotlight

    Open up ELS.ini in notepad and look for where is says Ai_ELS_SP and change the value to 1 . Be warned thought that having the AI use ELS might cause GTA 4 to crash sometimes .

    Download this mod Simple Native Trainer at http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/simple-trainer-version-64-f2115 and turn on never wanted that should stop the polce from chasing you . make sure you turn off the ingame keys for the trainer or else you wont be able to turn on the ELS lights .

    Did you replace your emergency vehicles with ELS enabled vehicles then you need to download the ELS V6 mod from GTAPoliceMods.com .
