  1. I suggest trying this one, it's my favorite so far: http://icelaglace.com/
  2. This happens for non-ELS vehicles, that is what I am saying!
  3. I understand how to use ELS. I am saying that the bug within the game is that the lights do not turn on until I get OUT of the vehicle. I guess ELS is working now within vehicles, though the bug is for normal lights / sirens.
  4. I am not sure where this bug came from, though whenever I get into any emergency vehicle (both ELS and non-ELS) the lights bug up, to where they do not change (turn on/off) until after I exit the vehicle. For example, I turn on the lights/siren, I hear the siren yet lights do not turn on, I get out of the vehicle then the lights turn on. Same process happens when turning them off. Anyone know where or what file/why this would be happening?
  5. This is making me mad, every tutorial I find that tells you how to customize the things and add new cars forces my game to crash upon load. Is there a workable tutorial for EFLC to tell you exactly which documents to edit?
  6. I have been looking at ENB's left and right because who doesn't want their GTA4 to look gorgeous? Anyways, I am always looking for recomendations!! I found iCEnhancer 2.0N and thought it looks great though sadly tried it, and read further, just to find out my time was wasted as it doesn't work correctly with Steam. Anyone have a fix to this without having to take it off steam or am I out of luck as of right now?
  7. I can't seem to figure out why this is doing it. So, on a fresh install I have installed both the Viva New York and Flashing Lights mod (manual file transfer instead of the .exe) and so far no luck. EFLC freezes on load screen and "not responding" happens. Anyone know if there is a bug in either of the two that could be causing this problem? EDIT: I can verify that it was the Flashing Lights mod as Viva New York runs perfect alone.
  8. That makes a bit of sense? What about ENB's and which one is the "best"? My computer is pretty powerful so shouldn't be a problem honestly. I did have to re-install 3 times now (just tryied adding Viva New York) and now it crashes on start-up. Or is crashing on startup a different problem? I read up how to "add" new cars but it seems like a pain in the ass to go through a whole car pack and do it, but that's what I really want is a big variety of cars.
  9. I just started modding my GTA ELFC today and I enjoy it. The one thing I want to do though, and this goes for a number of mods (and I understand this probably does more work) is how to have MORE cars, not just override all of the existing cars. I hope this makes sense since I want to install a number of car packs, yet not have them all keep overriding each other. Any and all help would be much appreciated, and if there is an easy way to do this that would be great too!
