So I dont know why this is happening but whenever I try and open the RDEinstaller, It pops up and freezes. Yes, I have followed the installation video, but i cannot get past the RDEinstaller. Anyone know a solution? The reason I am posting it here is because It is not LSPDFR related since it can be used Without LSPDFR. I will also leave a comment on the original file, but i am unsure if i will get a reply.

did you watch the video i linked? It isnt at all complicated if you read the READ ME's. After a while (like 1 week) it is very easy.

For the next week or two, I will be on and off working on skins for all of the United States police cars (ELS kinds). Anyone have suggestions on a department I should base it off of? All suggestions are welcome! PS, I hope i put this in the right place, but if not please don't hurt me admins

yea, I hope. In my local department they got rid of all their crown vics so I only see FPIS, FPIU, and Tahoe PPV's. I hope he does something such as a FPIU, Tahoe, or FPIS.

well if i have 1 ELS car, it would only make sense to have it in the other car slots. Also, do you know if the AI police are still able to turn on their lights and if so does ELS work on them? Just a random thought i came up with when i was replying :)

Yeah I know i could do that for the whole 8 slots, but personally it still comes down the same car in every slot.

the problem with CHP lighting and ELS is it doesn't go together very well. CHP have there lights doing a ******/-------- and then --------/******. By the way that represents the lighting pattern of left>right>left>right. For ELS, depending on the siren tone, it changes the lighting going faster and slower. I guess it is possible to make it so it stays ******/------ -----/******* (left>right>left>right) 24/7. That seems as if it would be the only problem making it. Also, there is a charger and impala released for ELS V? Do you mind linking them?

My local department has static running on the scanner allot so it would be easy to lower the volume on it and have it in the background of the lines. Your call!!! As of ELS V releasing, there is only 1 car out that works with it. It is very boring to use the same car so this is why I will not be using ELS for a couple weeks. My plan is to wait until more cars for ELS V are released and more skins. Personally I need to have different cars with the same department skins or It just feels off.
