Happy Halloween!
Thank you so much for your continued support, and I hope you enjoy this year's vehicle texture pack. The skins will work on several other author's vehicle packs, but I specifically made it using TheGreatHaha's LSPD Pack 4.0. This pack uses the Arjent Light bar. I have customized the lenses and lighting textures, as well as the .vcf for each vehicle to give the option of Orange/Green lighting! You may chose not to use them if you wish 🙂 There are also a couple vehicles in the pack with window textures. I was not able to do this for each one as I only used ones that contained window templates and with a new baby in the last month, I was not able to take the time for pulling window files and making custom templates. Hope you guys enjoy these, and feel free to use them in videos and streams, all I ask is credit for the skins/lights. I also would love to hear from you on your thoughts. Lemme know when you're uploading/streaming 👍

Installation of Vehicle Texture
Install is no different than any other skin. Just place the .png file into the vehicle's .ytd Texture Library File in OpenIV.
 
Installation of Lighting Textures:
I have included texture files to change the Red -> Orange and the Blue -> Green.

1) Place the image files into the .ytd Texture Library of the correct vehicle. They have the same name as existing files, so they will replace the original colors. 

2) Place the XML file that corresponds with the vehicle you have changed the lights for, into your pack_default file as you normally would install your ELS file. This will give the correct ambient reflections of Orange(Amber) and Green.

I think we were both happy with how the results ended up 🙂

That said, these vehicles will not only work with this pack, but also others that have the same vehicle template names I.E. 2013 FPIU: exp_sign_1" Be sure to try them out on any vehicles you find with the same name for the skin files and let me, and everyone else know below which ones are also compatible! 🙂

The Bearcat will work with any "Riot.ytd" that contains the "bearcat_sign_1" png file. 🙂

Each vehicle skin contains 8 variations in the download. I have sorted it by Department (LSPD & WBPD). This allows you to simply install 4 of either one at once. If you need to change the vehicle slot it is in, change the police.ytd to whichever Police/Sheriff/FBI slot you are using. If you want to change the livery slot, change the 1 in "charger2_sign_1" to the slot you want to use.

P.S. To get more of a matte shine on the blue vehicles like the original patrol cars have, I found using the Trainer to set a "Graphite" color on main helps bring that matte shine :)

Carlton is a small town north of McMinnville, West of Portland Oregon. I've always liked their cars, and noticed there was no Carlton representation in the community! 
 
This upload includes up to version 3.0. The 2011-2014 Charger skin is made using the HighSpeedGaming template. This includes BXBUGGS, HIM1250, GUMP, JJDawkins and many other modeler's chargers of the corresponding years will work with this.
 
The 2011-2014 Tahoe skin with work with JJDawkins ELS Mega Pack Tahoe (2014 without siderunners... possibly with them as well? Haven't tried it).
 If you feel like researching which models it works for outside of the HSG template, please let me know your results :) I'd be happy to edit and add new files that match with other templates as well.

2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Explorer)

v1.0/v.1.1 contains both "Red" and "Clear" skins, allowing you to either go with the standard color from Prairie Heights, or choose a color of your liking.
 
Another feature prominent in v1.1 & 1.2 is lore friendly variants - LOS SANTOS & PALETO BAY Police Departments are now available. 
 
Prairie Heights, Indiana School Resource Officer vehicle was a request from "best cop ever"  - Thanks for asking for this, I enjoyed working on it :)

troud38 requested this skin pack; thank you for doing so :D These textures are currently confirmed to be compatible all vehicles from Captain14's LSPD & Sheriff Replacement Pack. This pack is non-ELS, but it contains ELS Style lights. This is a solid option if your computer struggles to keeping up with ELS configured vehicles. They should also work on other models based on the same templates although this has not been confirmed yet (If you test this on other templates, please let me know if they work, or need adjustments, I'd be happy to expand the use of these files.) I created these with a clear texture, which allows you to use a trainer in game to modify the color to your liking. The vehicle will spawn as white, matching the active Tippecanoe County Sheriff's vehicles.
 
Gold is a common color used in the region and black colored vehicles in the photo's are just a recommended option if you're looking for an alternate to white. 
 
All of these vehicles listed in the #Current Files# section can be installed at the same time If you have both replacement packs from Captain14 installed.

################ INSTALLATION ################
Navigate to the vehicle model you want to add the skin to via OpenIV. For example, here is where my vehicle is installed:
 
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > lspdpack > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf.
 
I will use the police3 file as an example (2013 FPIU from Captain14’s pack)
 
In OpenIV click "Edit Mode" > police3.ytd > explor_sign_1 > Replace > police3.ytd > verify the background is the correct texture > Save > Close OpenIV.  > Play GTA V :)

@EricMC requested this skin pack; This definitely had more detail to it than previous textures I've made. The FPIU is compatible with @Thehurk's 2016 FPIU and @JJDawkins 2014 Charger & 2015 FPIS, along with any models that have been made based on the same templates, although this has not been confirmed yet (If you test this on other templates, please let me know if they work, or need adjustments, I'd be happy to expand the use of these files.)

LAGRANGE COUNTY IN. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
2016 DODGE CHARGER PURSUIT TEXTURE

At this time, the upload contains a realistic texture, as well as a Blaine County & Los Santos County variant for the 2014 & 2016 Dodge Charger. This was a request from "best cop ever"  - Thanks for asking for this, I enjoyed working on it :) There is another portion to this request that I am working out logistics on. Currently looking for a 2010 Ford Escape police model. If anyone has one, or knows of one - please let me know!
 
NOTE: The 2014 Charger does not currently have the lore friendly options.

Portland Police Bureau (PPB) Mini-Pack
This pack includes two 2011 Crown Victorias(CVPI) model's and a 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility(FPIU) model.

Welcome and thank you for taking a look at my first textures, as well as my first upload to LCPDFR! I hope you will enjoy the skins and I really look forward to hearing your feedback which will help me hone in on the perfect result. One thing to note - This is still a work in progress, as I intend to continue growing this pack to include a variety of other vehicles in the LSPDFR community.
 
 
This pack includes textures that are compatible with at least four different 2011 CVPI models and one FPIU model currently in use in LSPDFR including:

PPB doesn't have a wide variety of vehicles right now. The CVPI is being phased out for the FPIU and Chevy Caprice. They also have motorcycles with rather basic skins, but I will add them for a more thorough experience. If you have suggestions on other necessary vehicles, textures or some other agencies, please let me know in the comments below, private message or comment on youtube :)
