  1. Description
This modification enhances keyboard and mouse driving in Grand Theft Auto V, by smoothing out throttle, brake and steering, providing a cruise control feature with auto-follow, and other miscellaneous improvements such as engine control, fuelling, etc. Aggressive driving is still possible, either by double tapping W/S, or enabling race mode (detailed user guide included in download).

    Important
This mod is known to be incompatible with ikt's Manual Transmission, and Custom Gear Ratios. It may also be incompatible with other similar driving mods.

    Features
         - Smooth acceleration/deceleration
         - Smooth, realistic steering (with steering angle hold outside of vehicle)
         - Ignition control (engine stays on when leaving vehicle)
         - Fuel consumption and refueling
         - Cruise control with auto-follow
         - Improved, automatic gearbox
         - Optional custom gear ratios
         - Compact and informative UI
         - Extensive configuration
         - Turn and hazard indicators with automatic cutoff

    Planned Features
         - Odometer (have to figure out how this will work in game)

    Known Bugs
         - UI may flicker when FPS fluctuates a lot
         - If Menyoo is installed, AI shifting will not work in certain spots (such as Vespucci beach)
         - Please report any further bugs

    Installation
        1. Ensure you have the following installed:
              - ASI Loader (OpenIV > Tools > ASI Manager)
              - ScriptHookV (latest version)
              - ScriptHookV .NET (latest version)
        2. Navigate to the Grand Theft Auto V main directory.
        3. Go to the Scripts folder (part of ScriptHookV .NET, if such folder does not exist, create it).
        4. Unpack the archive that was downloaded into the Scripts folder (SmoothDrivingV.dll and the SmoothDrivingV folder should be alongside one-another inside the Scripts folder).

    Changelog
         - V1.01:
              - Added sequential shifting
              - Added ability to disable smooth steering

  2. This is the СГУ-60 (SGU-60) siren as seen in HBO's Chernobyl. Is it completely against GTA V lore? Yes. Do I care? No, it sounds cool.

Included is the main tone, as well as an airhorn. Both are generated completely artificially, because all the samples I could find either didn't sound like the ones in HBO Chernobyl, or had background noise. Also, two config files are included that allow you to use the horn on the firetruck (both siren on and off), and disable the vanilla warning tone.

Demo video (the firetruck is not mine, it is made by AKROM on gta5-mods.com):

  3. ELS vehicles made to also work with this mod will be able to have more detailed environmental reflections that can be customized, and even come with shadows. This means no more takedowns shining in the wrong place/direction, no more lights that don't reflect at all and no more of those triple sideways pointing lights that come on with forward facing visor lights. In general, the lights cast by vehicles will be far more realistic.

    ATTENTION:
Only vehicles that are made to support this plugin will be affected! Using lights with shadows can cause mild performance drops!
    Demo:

    Developers:
This mod allows the insertion of custom environmental lights into the ELS VCFs of vehicles. You can create as many as you want for each extra part, change the positions and rotations, change light attributes such as brightness, roundness and falloff, and optionally include shadows. To develop a car for CEL, all you need to do is add the template included in the Development Instructions.xml file into the ELS VCF, and modify/duplicate the premade lights.

  4. Have you ever changed the audioNameHash of a police vehicle, only for El Sonidito by Hechizeros Band to blast beep in your ear as you try to listen to the new engine sounds? Furthermore, this radio cannot be turned off, because the vehicle you've entered in a police vehicle.

This mod is a very simple fix for this issue, and with it, you can set the audioNameHashes of your vehicles.

It simply turns the radio off when entering a vehicle, so that you don't have to turn it off with a trainer in police vehicles. You can still enable the radio if you're driving a civillian car, as this script only disables it upon entry.

  5. Do you want to feel like a true hero when patrolling the streets of San Andreas (and Blaine County)? Then this mod is definitely for you!

With the power of this mod, you can experience crisp acceleration and deceleration auditory feedback, as well as awesome idle noises when driving the Ford Crown Victoria in GTA V!

The sounds were recorded from an actual 2011 Ford Crown Victoria P7B, equipped with a 4.6L V8 SOHC.

    PLANS:
    - Record acceleration and deceleration for engine
    - Improve quality and volume
