Beautiful mod. Textures and models are splendidly done. EUP is truly a mod that everyone should have when patrolling the ghetto of Los Santos as LSPD, dusty backroads of the countryside as a sheriff deputy, surrounding waters as Coast Guard, the bright blue skies as heli pilot. Heck, one need not restrict themselves to just LSPD, LSSD, BCSD, and the other included agencies/establishments; those who wish to add departments can do so! With the release of the new jurisdiction feature in LSPDFR and EUP, one can customize their uniforms to their liking, or replace a plethora of departments and have their respective officers respond properly. 👍 Good job guys and gals! Note: EUP can be used in conjunction with RDE(Realism Dispatch Enhanced), so if one wants both MP and component peds to have matching uniforms, they can install RDE to get the fullest experience of LE overhaul.- 2,341 comments

I finally fixed the shading bugs on the LCPD cop but shoot... Since the Liberty City Conversion project has been canceled, RDE Liberty has been canceled which means... *gasp* this ped can't be released! I really wanted to see the LC project go through. But oh well... here are some pictures. Enjoy something that will never get released. Sorry. (If you could not tell, I was being sarcastic. I know, I'm bad at sarcasm. Please don't bring out the pitchforks). I'll use the badge and belt for a Boston Police ped pack instead. Don't worry :). Maybe I'll make an NYPD ped but I don't want to get too much hate for being inaccurate. -

This is a pack that I spent a good time on. Unfourtantlly, I will not release it as it uses parts and textures from the unreleased RDE; I will release it when the next update of RDE rolls around. This is not just a retexture; there are actual model edits implememted. Thanks! I made this pack for the sole purpose of playing with t0y's Portland PD's pack; this private mod makes the experience of patrolling with Portland PD cars more enjoyable. -

So I was testing on this issue for quite some time; the issue being issues with shading. I don't know what is going on; I tried many things. The bug appears on the different game times, most prevalent in the wee hours of the morning. Here are the heredity pics and the bug pics ingame. Inaddition, I painted primary rgb (255,128, 0) and secondary rgb black. Also, I made sure that the specmap is not featuring any shiny paint.

Hey guys, I was just browsing the ingame files for the MP and I can't find the other version of the races. Don't worry, nothing racist, just curious for where the other varaties are. For example, lowr, only has the _whi but there is no _blk, or _lat. Where can I find these? Thanks.
