Body Cam

Body Cam is a mod whose original intention is to add physical body cams to officers. As an added bonus, it allows you to switch to your own body cam view.
In the INI file, you can set which ped models should be fitted with a bodycam. You can also set the keys to switch to your Body Cam view - which, as an added bonus, can also be used within the Rockstar Editor.

Want to give Officer Underwood a big shout out for helping me with this project with lighting and etc. I have included a few options you can choose from. Such as window tint,all black rims, tire shine. I did not include a red and blue ELS setup. I know the MDT screen is bright...If you want to add one yourself, just put a texture there youd like and put the opacity wayyy down and make the brightness darker and mess around with it. To install the Charger:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

I have returned.. with a 2016 FPIU. There are two variants to this model as shown in the screenshots. You can choose whether you want to have it with the Westin bar which adds lights to the rambar as well, or the no rambar variant which to replace the rambar lighting adds a light stick in the grille. The ALPRS can be toggled with extra_12. All blue and red and blue versions are included.

Stay vigil and thirsty my friends..

Well, I'm here with a second vehicle release. This time a whole three vehicles! (impressive right? /s) I've always liked the look of South Carolina State Transport Police and I thought they would make a great pack. I tried to make it as accurate as possible but there isn't a lot of information about their equipment and vehicles so I had to guess and make changes where I could. 
SCSTP's primary duty is commercial vehicle enforcement so the vehicles in the pack are set up for that to the best of my ability.

Back in the late 1980's, Ford designed the Mustang Special Service Package based on the Foxbody in order to chase down high-performance vehicles. With the success of the CHP mustangs, Ford took on approach on other state agencies, including the Florida Highway Patrol and the Alabama State Trooper.
Now you can perform high speed chases in GTA V!

Installation:
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
   <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file. 

Special notes:
This car is compatible with Sebo's HoldMyGun mod (shotgun only). To use this feature, download and install Sebo's HoldMygun mod through this link
(be sure to follow the README file provided with HoldMyGun):
 
Note that due to how the dummy is set for HoldMyGun, this car can only store the shotgun. 
 
Please report any bugs as soon as possible! (Especially in regards to HoldMyGun compatibility)

What does this plugin do? This plugin adds a realistic body cam overlay and also plays the sound every 90 seconds (by default, can be configured).

A legit copy of Grand Theft Auto V RAGE Plugin Hook  
 

 
Installation:
1. Copy the files from the .zip into your Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\ folder.
2. Check the .ini file in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ and adjust the settings and keybinds to your liking.
3. Load the plugin via the RAGE Plugin Hook settings or ingame via the console and enjoy 🙂
 

How to use the custom logo/sound:
 
Logo: Place a .png with the logo of your choice (and preferably transparent background) in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.png".
Sound: Place a .wav file with the sound of your choice in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.wav".
 
Don't go too crazy with the logo/sound files and keep them as small as possible in terms of file size. Larger sizes might cause issues/crashes.
