    i was able to get it to spawn by just simply not adding the other skins. Only problem is all lights except the top whelen bar dont show brightly. no matter whats done. the one in the bedcap is alright but the others wont cooperate.. Same with the offroad tahoe out of about 25 emergency vehicles.

    kind of weird lol never had that happen. Even had a bunch of Bentleys and rolls Royce that slowed my game down tremendously but never a vehicle that wouldn't spawn.

    I have this mod and I've done everything to the letter but for some reason it won't spawn. When using a trainer it says spawned but nothing shows up?
