To be honnest: You've only edited the speed of the standart GTA carcols and you've set the light value to true... That has nothing to do with ELS It's not a system like ELS, because you can't interact with the system. The patterns are "static" -> you cant change them in game while playing like ELS does. You said "Realistic Patterns": changing the speed of the pattern takes 3 seconds, making your own pattern takes some hours if you want them to be perfect. I hope you undestand what I mean. In my opinion the tag "ELS Style" is a clickbait, but everyone has their own opinion. This isn't meant to be hate, it's meant as criticism.
