So..is live Pd actually realistic?! with all the vibrator and female underwhere findings?

Also, about multiplayer, did anyone see that terrible photoshop on Tumblr of leaked messages? Hilarious. Multiplayer woukd be super hard to make, and you can always go on a fiveM server. 0.4 should be so realistic we will feel like we are playing with other people.

Rockstar needs to send the devs a check.

I would figure they would probably have to do something so as to avoid totally crashing the website. Gonna be a lot of load on the servers. Also they may be adding another portion of the site if people still want to use 0.3.1 (because 0.4 may not have any callouts). Plus EUP and a few other things from what I understand (please ELS update?) may be released Arround or at the exact same time which would be a huge ammount or load.

Was down for quite a while. Really thought it was going to be released. Also releasing on the 28th would be lame cause it’s a weekday, probably more likely either this weekend or next Friday-weekend. A lot of people work during the week and it’s better for hype to release on the weekend. or they could just totally be memeimg us.

Any idea if there will be VocalDispatch Compatability? Would be super awesome.

I use his mods as well, without them I don't think 0.3b would be half of what it is. But the performance from those mods is poor, and they have not been updated for a while.

Performance is supposed to be fully optimized. That is probably another reason why it has taken this long to build 0.4. Also, we will not have to have as many plugins, and Allbo has stopped making plugins, so those two factors alone tell us that performance is going to be greatly improved.

There is a lot of features that we do not know about, For example, EUP is releasing a new version around the same time. LSPDFR has been in communication with other scripters as well. (At least I thought?) So hopefully we will not need as many plugins and will have a lot of the features built in (Breathalizer, Search vehicles, a much better computer, better court cases, etc) or there will be plugins soon available that will be optimized for the new 0.4. I strongly doubt LSPDFR related plugins will work with the new version.

My custom agency’s are going to be Based on RPD, and greater wake county. Especially the patrol routes that are worked. Hoping to divide greater Los Santos into 5-6 districts with some areas having their own police department. Agencys I will setup are LS Police, LS county sheriff, with heavy focus on Fixing State Police/SHP AND FBI. Planning on setting up a drug squad, and SRT as well as Police for other towns, doing away with BSCO and giving the other towns dedicated police and letting State police/SHP handle the rest. I will be using realistic vehicles and realistic uniforms (specifically WCSO car, RPD car, and RPD uniforms, I hate LSPDs uniforms) and also some other cars for other areas (Any SHP, State Police, SRT, drug squad, other police derpatments, cars uniforms that I find cool)

I am actually surprised that it has not been released yet. Really interesting though. Def exciting. Not dissing the devs at all just figured earlier in the month. That be hatting on the devs is dumb. Excited to see what hidden features 0.4 will have, the didn't mention a lot of stuff that's probably included. Really excited to see what plugins work and which ones are no longer needed. It's also interesting from a marketing standpoint how popular this mod is. Also Maybe I will be able to help build 0.5, would be fun to be able to help after I graduate college (CS Degree). Much love for all the free work they have put into this.
