    im having trouble accessing the court system. i changed controls from F9 to F10 and its telling me file not open yet or something and it did this before i changed command key am i missing something? thanks for the help in advance

    ok so i've installed where it said to and done everything i can but when the eupmenu loads it tells me to push none to activate the menu? any help would be appreciated
