Lore-friendly from another video game not by Rockstar waiting for someone to convert it to GTA V as a Template, taxi, Highway patrol, and Civlilan. In the other game. It's named "Cop Car" I decided to rename it as "Declasse Merit" as it is based on Chevy Impala similar to Chevy Caprice Classic. If someone knows how to convert it please do :) -
Too me the skin looks slighty similar to this execpt it's yellow hoping that skin will be released as well. :P -

I like the skin :D Did you use the template Vanilla vehicles and put the texture on it? I've seen it with real vehicles.
