Hello! I was wondering if any modders whom are looking for ideas, would possibly be able to create a mod where we can pull over other police vehicles, arrest officers for misconduct, murder, etc. I play as a sergeant and would love to be able to have the abilities to ensure my officers are abiding by the same laws they are enforcing. I didn't realize that's the way it supposed to be. I was just sharing how I got it to work with RDE until RDE is updated.

I have found a package error in the manual installation. The directory packaged is update.rpf>x64>eup... it's supposed to be update.rpf>x64>dlcpacls>eup. I used windows explorer instead of openiv to move the folder into the proper spot in the directory. As I have a clean install of RDE, it would not place the damn thing in with openiv. I hope I'm being clear enough, if anybody needs further clarifaction or can explain it better let me know, I am very tired atm. I also made sure I had the world of variety checked on rde, and manually had to put in the line <Item>dlcpacks:\eup\</Item> in the dlclist.xml file. I'm using the second latest version of gta v right now, as I usually wait for everything to get updated, maybe you can revert your game to the last version.

I had an issue where I couldn't start my game with rde. There is a link on the rde page that links to an updated gameconfig file. Try replacing your gameconfig file.
