Old-classic. The Sentinel, made by the german car manufacturer Übermacht is a retro police patrol vehicle.
For the time being the Sentinel was an allrounder used by german police. From patrolling the country and city to patrolling the Autobahn. The Sentinel is equipped with a classical lightbar, using xenon light technology. It is able to equip a beacon with an extending arm on top of the lightbar, with a special mount. Special mounts are also available for signs as traffic advisors, like a road arrow that designates the direction of travel, for i. e. a lane closure. It's from the time, where the vehicle livery was still green, before it was recolored to blue.

I am proud to introduce Northern Response, a pack built to add variety and realism to your daily patrol. These callouts are designed to feel like real police work, where situations can change in a heartbeat and not every call ends in a simple arrest.
Current Callouts
Taxi Dispute: A high-tension encounter where a driver is holding a passenger against their will. This callout features a dynamic 50/50 flee system—the driver might lead you on a dangerous vehicle pursuit or suddenly ditch the car to vanish on foot.
Mail Package Concern: Residents are on edge. You are dispatched to investigate a suspicious delivery. Interact with the homeowner and decide if the package is a harmless error, a suspicious item for seizure, or a high-level hazard requiring specialized units.
Elderly Wanderer: A sensitive call involving a confused citizen lost in the city. Gain their trust through dialogue and escort them to safety. This callout features a smart escort system, allowing the citizen to climb into your patrol car so you can drive them home.

I am dedicated to bringing unique, non-generic scenarios to this pack. Look forward to these upcoming additions:
"The Sovereign's Stop": An encounter with a "Sovereign Citizen" who challenges your jurisdiction and documentation during a routine stop.
"Livestock on the Loose": A transport accident has left animals wandering the highway. You'll need to manage traffic and corral the animals before a major accident occurs.
"Hydro-Line Hazard": A downed power line is sparking in a residential zone. Secure the perimeter and keep curious civilians away until the utility crews arrive.
"The Midnight Busking Brawl": Two street performers are fighting over a "prime" spot, and the crowd is starting to take sides.

Multiple callers report suspicious activity inside a parking structure.
The exact situation is randomized:

Each scenario uses fixed and safe spawn points and includes optional dialogue for immersive roleplay.

Several emergency calls report an armed conflict between two rival gangs.

Enthalten sind die Lederjacke selber mit Skins für alle Nordverbund-Bundesländer, eine Passende Koppel (leer, dass man sie unter der Jacke tragen kann) und verschiedene
Oberteile zum darunter tragen. (Hemd mit Krawatte, Hemd ohne Krawatte, Pullover und Poloshirt). Beim Pullover und beim Polo lassen sich über die Textur weiterhin noch
ein Rollkragenpulli hinzufügen.

Hi,

Here is the leather jacket from the Nordverbund (yes, it is still partially worn today).
Included are the leather jacket itself with skins for all Nordverbund federal states, a matching duty belt (empty, so it can be worn under the jacket), and various tops to wear underneath (shirt with tie, shirt without tie, sweater, and polo shirt).
For the sweater and the polo shirt, a turtleneck can also be added via the texture.

This pack is a standalone DLC.

Hello,

here is the new VW Passat B9 of the Hamburg Police. It is equipped with a DBS4000 lightbar and Hänsch Sputnik Hybrid front flashers.
The vehicle is an e-hybrid and therefore comes with a matching, appropriate sound.
The license plate in the front windshield can be changed very easily.

Installation:
Simply move the addon file toV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacksand add it to the dlclist.xml.
Place the ELS files in the ELS folder of GTA.

Disable Pistol Whip is a lightweight plugin for Rage-based scripting environments that disables pistol-whip melee controls while the player is holding a pistol. It is intended for users who prefer to prevent accidental melee attacks when firing pistols.

Urgent Update Info - February 24, 2026
If you are upgrading from v1.0.1.1 to v1.0.2.0, you need to delete the old ini. Delete the old ini, launch the plugin again for the new ini to generate.

Usage
By default the plugin is enabled. When a pistol is equipped the plugin disables melee attack controls so the player cannot pistol-whip while holding a pistol.
Console commands (type in the in-game console):
dpw — Toggle the plugin on or off (state is persisted to DisablePistolWhip.ini).
dpw_setkey <KeyName> — Change the keyboard toggle key (e.g. dpw_setkey F8). The key is stored as a string and validated at runtime if possible.
dpw_notify <true|false> — Enable or disable in-game notifications.
dpw_addweapon <weapon_name> --- Add a weapon to save to the config *NEW*

Introducing Traffic Stop Backup — a lightweight but powerful script that lets you spawn not one, but two patrol units right behind your vehicle.
Give the command and officers will exit their cars and walk up to your traffic stop, covering you while you take control of the situation.
Situation under control? No problem — dismiss the backup at any time!
Is there a random NPC vehicle blocking the spawn point? The script takes care of that too — it clears the space and safely places your backup units without any messy collisions.

Officers walk up to your door on command
Dismiss units cleanly when you're done
Smart spawn logic: clears any vehicle blocking the spawn point

This is Realistic Traffic AI, my custom traffic overhaul plugin for LSPDFR designed to significantly improve civilian driving behavior and create a more immersive patrol experience.
As we all know, default GTA V traffic can feel robotic, unpredictable, and unrealistic — especially during intersections, pursuits, and freeway driving.
This plugin rebuilds civilian behavior logic to create:
Smarter intersections
Better freeway reactions
Realistic emergency yielding
Intelligent lane behavior
More believable violations

The goal is simple:
👉 Make traffic feel human — not scripted.


🚦 Plugin Features
🚥 Advanced Traffic Light System


🔴 Red Light Behavior
Configurable violation percentage (TrafficLightRunPercent)
Drivers are assigned their behavior once per vehicle
No random frame-by-frame flipping
Realistic stopping patterns
Example:
95% stop normally
5% may run the red light


🟡 NEW – Yellow Light Hesitation Logic
Drivers now intelligently decide whether to:
Stop safely
Continue through the intersection
Hesitate briefly
Behavior depends on:
Speed
Distance to intersection
This removes unrealistic last-second brake slams.


🛣 NEW – Intelligent Lane Merge System
Vehicles now:
Detect blocked lanes
Merge smoothly
Avoid zig-zag behavior
Respect cooldown timers
React differently at freeway speeds
Traffic flow feels significantly more natural.


🧱 NEW – Obstacle Raycast Braking
AI vehicles now scan ahead for obstacles:
Cones
Barriers
Roadblocks
Traffic disruptions
Drivers gradually slow down instead of ramming into objects.
Scan distance automatically increases at higher speeds.


🛣 NEW – Advanced Freeway Behavior
High-speed traffic now:
Reacts earlier to hazards
Merges more smoothly
Maintains consistent cruising speeds
Reduces sudden braking chains
Freeway driving feels dramatically improved.


🧠 NEW – Multi-Lane AI Intelligence
Drivers now evaluate:
Lane availability
Blocked paths
Traffic density
Environment type (city vs freeway)
This creates more believable, less robotic traffic patterns.


🚨 Improved Emergency Vehicle Yielding
When you activate lights and sirens:
Civilians detect you from behind
Pull safely toward the shoulder
Slow naturally
Re-enter traffic smoothly
Realistic unpredictability still exists:
Some drivers hesitate
Some partially block
Some react late
Just like real life.

An automatic .ini file is created on first launch.
You can configure:

Im Pack ist gibt es Skins für einen Pullover, eine Strickjacke, ein Langarm und Kurzarm Hemd, eine Mütze in weiß und grün, eine Mütze eine beige Hose und Schulterklappen, vom Polizeikommissar bis zum Ersten Polizeihauptkommissar.
